Are You Listening?

A curse defined, an introvert revealed

A label meant to disable,

While quietness associates with ignorance

Truth exhibits the swarming thoughts

Hoping to offer something, but revealing none

Engagement is meant with absence,

For my moment is gone as soon as it occurs

I’m left behind, drowning

The world is made for the extrovert, and made by the introvert

Their words and ideas, a contribution recognized

But when the creator has left the room

And the extrovert is left speechless

I wonder whether God was an introvert

Cause he never answers when I talk to him
